This is why we have a gaurantee right?
If the carpet is clean then he should pay. If the carpet isn't then he shouldn't.
If the carpet looks clean now and not later...then he should get his money back.
I remember one time I was doing the Chem-dry meth on this Olefin hard as a rock crappy ass carpet with stains and crappy areas that just wouldn't budge...of course Chem-Dork sucks so it was really my fault.
As I was "cleaning" (yea yea, sure sure) nothing was happening to the carpet..wasn't making a dent in it.
The guys says, "how much would you charge me if you stopped right now?".
I stopped the buffer and said "nothing.
I packed up and left.
Ahh, the good ole days. :roll:
