Never thought I would get a rate lower than the 5% I have now on my house but I locked in a rate of 3,8% with 1 point fixed for either 10 or 15 years. Just amazing. I earned my keep today.

I was going to look into a refi. Two neighbors just did one got 2% and the other got 3% - both 30yr fixed, no points or fees.
