People don't seem to understand that it would be better to just pull up that 10x12 carpet and replace it. But I don't care. I'll clean it...It will be better and then sell them the new carpet too when "the daM landlor' donn wona gimmaback ma' depaosi"

Sometime they do get the deposit back because it looked bad to begin with. BUT good luck.

I was going to say it looks like hair dye.... But whatever it is, we would've had the installer there with the carpet to replace it upon estimate..... If it's bad, we'd ask for a picture to be sent so both parties time isn't wasted...

They decided to replace it...ive removed more red stains than that...although that big one looks like Death

Isn't there a rule of thumb, that if the size of the red stain exceeds the size of the room, replacement is the cheaper alternative? :winky:
