you sound stupid.
Don't worry your the exception. You know your market and have mad business skills. You can be the greatest carpet cleaner in the world but the worst person. It is always a balance of customer service and job done. Not doing the moon walk here but we have different opinions on what customers deserves. Our/mine/the worlds method of cleaning is better then yours/gurkins/encapguy cleaning for RESIDENTIAL.

I sound stupid?

Well my dad can beat up your dad!!!
And your ugly and your mother dresses you funny!

In general we use encap for commercial only.

I have used it on my own carpet in the winter in sub zero weather when I didn't want to use a TM and it cleaned fine.

We have one client that has a dozen properties and once a year we clean them with the Orbots. The want fast drying and do not want HWE.

I would consider using it over a portable any day though! :winky:

No I believe encap has no place in residential, and don't care if that is popular or not.

I have to believe the particle count in the home has to increase as you are spraying or spraying some kind of polymer and hoping that is encapsulates dirt, oil, grease, cat piss, and dog pee and poo, so that it can crystallize and be vacuumed up by the homeowner.

Where did the funk go?
