You're in Mrs. Piffleton's domain and you know protector would help her. How do you present it?

Demo?

Explanation?

Simply ask?

AS mentioned before.................
Mike could sell a drowning man a glass of water .........

Me.I am not the best at things like that .so knowing this
My wife made this for me to hand to clients that I think it will benefit
from having protector...........

I just hand them this sheet after the initial walk threw..........
ask them to read it........ and then at the end of the job ask them what they want........

If its a new custy, I always ask in the walk through if the last person that cleaned for them applied a protector. Generally the answer is no, from there I go into the explanation. I do have the demo cards, but usually dont have to pull them out, but they are very effective when needed.

I am reminded of a distributor trying to place an order and the phone person wouldn't accept the order without giving the sales spill first.

Sometimes we are our own worst enemies.

If you want to sell protector just ask.

Not all cleaner's believe in the value of protector. You can't sell what you don't believe in. Do the demo to prove it to yourself. Maybe even apply protector to only one half of a room in your home or office.

Not all home-owner's are convinced of the value of protector. Show them the demo.
