I am going to avoid commenting on the Coconut business model and what they have done to be successful in a short amount of time. But what I will tell you is...

Inviting an industry company into my home and telling them where I live is a big thing for me. I am sure some internet stalkers could can quickly find out where anybody lives but letting someone inside to see where my most prized possessions live and play is hard. Especially being employed by a large industry manufacturing company.

I use Coconut because I like to support companies that support me. The owner is genuinely one of the best humans I have ever met and the people he employees are the ones we all search for when we want to add to our teams. I don't have to request a specific tech, because they ALL are welcome in my home and they all do a damn good job.

There is no doubt something to say about their brand image, the consistency in their work ethic and the way they market themselves to the homeowner. Also, want to mention that I voluntarily posted a picture of the truck and my house getting cleaned on my personal Instagram account. And received 25 messages from people asking if I would recommend them because they are needing some type of service and how it works. So.... figure that out.

There are many companies who present a good image, talk well and back it up in the short term. As they grow, it's hard to keep the consistency. We have several companies here who present very well. Some drive shiny black vans, others have pictures of oranges on the side. The drivers wear uniforms and the equipment and chemistry is top notch. They are capable of doing great work but when you look at their reviews, you find a ton of complaints. It's very difficult to keep your employees engaged and enthusiastic about the work they do. Of course they will do a great job for you, Laura. They know who you are and what influence you have. I'm sure they didn't send the new hire to your place. If they have found some systems that work, more power to them. This industry needs more premium cleaning companies. Much better for our image as a whole.

Ultrachem labs was promoting "electrolytic" cleaning over 20 years ago. No coconuts involved.

Never heard of them before. Impressed after checking out their different social media platforms, and I personally really like the van designs, the way the technicians dress, and overall sleek modern look they are going for. Have no clue if coconut water cleans, but they have the marketing part nailed.
