I need to book my flight but don't want to miss any good classes/presentations by leaving too early.

Just plan to be there until 6 pm on Wednesday as we usually hold the raffle at the end of the show.


The MF events will be interspersed with the Experience program.

Afternoons usually see the crowds head to the beach or pool so the agenda stays on the light side, hence the three days to get it all in.

We just booked the Hilton yesterday along with the hotel we will be staying at DW prior to MF. We will also have our two techs and their spouses there too. Covering the majority of their expenses. Everyone say awwwww!

They are worth it and have worked very hard this year.

While we are away one of our subcontractors, a father son team carpet cleaner whom we utilize alot in July and August will cover our workload which is nice. We have used them for 8 yrs now and they do a great job. Win-win relationship for sure.

I know the family Bryan and it speaks volumes about them for doing this and you for earning such a relationship with a fellow tradesman...a better word than "competitor" ...you are both "good people"

Your right Jim. Never understood why so many business people look at another similar business down the street as competition. My experience is they are a good customer too. They have sent me a lot of jobs that they couldn't do. I have no problem referring them as well. It's win win folks, what don't we see.

One day left in paradise, then start making our way back to the MN cold, tundra and woods. Bunch of work waiting for me (GOOD THING). Son in law has been keeping us going well....and wants a T-Shirt from down here....LOL! Good Kid! (young man)

There are so many walkable restaurants right out the front door it is crazy....and all pretty dang good. And there are so many all up and down the strip right here.

Top drive to are some of the ones I also listed while here....but I will definitely next week when I get home try and put together a list of things just all in a row here of things to see and do.

I have that actually on my computer at home and will even add some more that we found while here again.

Looking forward to seeing everyone soon.

Actually just trying to figure out do we avoid Atlanta or go right through the heart of her. Any suggestions anyone?

Otherwise need to just drive next 3 days and then get to work

Mark Atlanta will be crazy first thing in the morning and then again for rush hour.

As long as you don't go through with the working folks you should be ok

Atlanta is very busy. I spent alot of time working there at my old job at Coca Cola HQ's. Worth going through to see the coke museum but not wise if during rush hour. A freeway parking lot if rush hour.

Anyways I suggest hitting Nashville, it's always a good time and is within your route. I think they have lots of beer gardens establishments there too lol.

This is funny but my friends is in St Pete right now. He told me that with MLK day tomoorow, most of the city will be shut down for business so traffic congestion should be minimal.
Normally though you want to avoid before 7am and after 3. You should be good driving straight through and shouldn't have to take the 285 loop. Usually takes 45 min through Atlanta with little traffic. Let me know how you make out. Good luck and safe travels.
