Looks like a cool tool but there is no way it will out clean my 30 flow Zipper. Last week at the casino we cleaned 20280 sq ft. We have a 4 hr window usually stop wanding at 745 because they open at 8. We start dragging in at 4 am and start wanding at 421. We drain a 140 gallon tank every 45 minutes.
3 gallons a minute, are you running 3/8" solution line? What kind of pump.

I do know the CX-15 would also clean better and faster . . .

@ 3 GPM flow . . .

since it worked well at only 1 GPM in Vegas . . .

Does the cx15 requires a helper to be holding and or moving the hoses behind the tech for quicker production on open areas?

CX15Glide.jpg

We were demoing today on our Showroom with the modified Jet Bar & our Dynachem TM today.

I wanted to show you a close up of the BOM Glide configuration.

It is a new polymer with good lubricity, and enhanced wear characteristics.

The continuous "wavy slot" design eliminates streaking from the glide.

This is an important factor for the new "fine denier" carpet fiber.

The actual cleaning width with the commercial bar was 14" . . .

with vacuum across the entire 15".

I had similar results on a Berber with no pad today. It was a trashed apartment that they were gonna replace. I said let me try to clean it. If you still replace it you don't owe me anything. I presprayed with flex but there was a laundry area I missed and just cleaned with water. It looked similar. I gotta say the cx-15 knocked it out of the park. Was very impressed. Wish I had got some video but was on a time crunch.

this carpet had a very uneven subfloor, which was weird since it was upstairs.

An RE wouldn't have been fun.

I was able to run the CX by myself at about the same pace I would have wanded only no dry stroke. Hose management is not the same obviously.

Ely was running circles around me with the Mex.

"new technology"? A drag wand isn't new technology. If I'm gonna drag why not squirt and suck in both directions? Loose the free Turbo you got and purchase a Zipper.

Would the CX-15 work with a small truckmount, (16/33 ) with a heat exchanger?
I pad clean the entire job then extract with the truckmount, if the CX-15 would keep me from having to pad clean first I would be happy to buy one, but could it replace the pre scrub on 90% of residential jobs?

Don Seligman, a local customer, sent us this photo of a nursing Home hallway pass he just did with the CX-15 with our spraybar mods :

I am having trouble understanding what the difference between the picture with the " spray bar mods " on a carpet in a controlled environment....
VS
the picture with the standard right out of the box jets...( mind you it had the wrong jets on it in the first place )...in a uncontrolled environment....

uncontrolled meaning....grabbing pre spray...putting it on in the Vegas out door heat...no agitation...no dwell.....just spray and go...

The commercial Italian restaurant link on our shopping cart was just that scenario:

It took 3.5 hours with prespray, a CRB for agitation and a 14" wand for extraction

vs.

2 hours for prespray , a CX-15 @ 800 PSI for extraction (without our spraybar mods).
