Get a CRB.

Those pads don't do shit to pile carpet
Bullshit. Majority of these guys don’t want to carry in a 175 to PROPERLY pre scrub a carpet. I laugh at those little 10 inch scrubbers. Mikey you know the Weight of the 175 got the job done on this job, You been preaching that for years.

Mike's fickle, you know that

nothing shears soil off a fiber better than a 90+ pound rotary .
They rationalize that little peeder brush is better cause they don't want to lug in and out a heavyazz monster rotary anymore

You get tired of it too when you get our age ...if you live that long...

Better living through chemistry.

I was a rotary guy at one time too but the crb also removes Chavez (butt) loads of loose fiber and debris that the rotary doesn't touch or a vacuum keeping less crud out of your filters if you use one on your truck mount.

The stiff brushes restore the nap on berbers and cdg where a rotary doesn't.

Are you blind? It has AGRESSIVE strips all the way across I was also using a red pad too strip off all the gooey stains. I bought in the 175 because I didn’t want to cut corners because it was a Shithole.

restores the nap til dry and a day of traffic on it

the only thing the brush does better is dig up crud .
It doesn't shear soil off the fiber as well though

that's why only idiots use a brush to encRap with

I use to use a pile lifter at one time to restore to the nap when the rotary left it laying flat.

But with better products shearing off the oils isn't as big a deal for me now. Dwell time also helps too.

Last time I used a buffer just about a year ago the trigger stuck and almost through me out the 5th floor window. Just get a 15 or 20 inch crb.

Sell them on a pile lifter for daily maintenance then. The nap will stay fluffy.

NOBODY will admit it but the fact is they are grabbing the CRBs because they are LIGHT not better than a 175.

On commercial sure, on residential , I would never dream of using a 175, 17” Brushpro, looking into a 10” for stairs and tight spots. My clients don’t want a janitor, they want a professional cleaner....
