Sapphire?
blow off customers?
Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiieeet, Aranda would come wipe your ass if you asked.
Your also a big fan one of one degreeyea i have to disagree with that comment myself..i can personally tell ya i have talked to rick at 6am on a sat morning and not only did he help me out with my (what i thought was a problem but wasnt)
he called back a few hrs later to be sure we were cool..
then monday got a call from the shop to be sure i was on track..
couldnt imagine anyone getting neglected by them that reaches out to them
Thanks I edited the post, I also have a drimaster 3 that is collecting dust in the shop. If they had a vac relief it would be my choice. The drimaster is not their tool, the upholstery pro is.
And yes a transport dolly for the boss would make it more secure and protect the unit from unnecessary damage in transport.
Clear on the hoss?and apparently I'm the only one who wants a clear vacuum tube...![]()
And this my friend, is what makes it so easy to not improve, or at least fix flaws.Joe you do understand that just like our customers they can't please everyone.
A lot of nice features could be added to a lot of tools, but you must remember they are there to make a nice profit just like us, so they can't just add add add features and accessories without a price jump.
I made one for mine a while back but eventually cracked after time.and apparently I'm the only one who wants a clear vacuum tube...![]()
i had put a clean sight tube from interlink on mine, but it eventually cracked also.I made one for mine a while back but eventually cracked after time.
the clear upholstery pro housings are pretty sweet, my first one cracked around all the brass inserts, not sure why though other than uneven heat expansion.I wish I could order a clear shell for my upholstery pro and hate then people placement of the flow control
The tubes I get from Rotovac never crack.i had put a clean sight tube from interlink on mine, but it eventually cracked also.
Only for a pig.Pigtailed is proper
