You never know who's watching. And posting on Facebook and tagging your company.

Embarrassed. Unacceptable. I reached out to her to apologize, take responsibility and tell her we would address this immediately.

Anyone else ever have something like this happen?

I would leave it as an employee, no point in naming John when you respond to her.

Of course no names.

This is what I messages her:

Isabella, that video is unacceptable and unsafe . I'm so sorry this happened. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. I will be addressing with our staff first thing tomorrow to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

I tend to get pissed at crappy drivers, but just slow down you'll get there, "no reason to get excited the thief he kindly spoke, there are many here among us who feel that life is but a joke.

Kick Marty John, all will be right in the world. :winky:

We all do things that in hindsight don't seem so bright. Its just nowadays they get it on video.

The main thing is realize there is always the chance of some Saiger getting you on tape.

Kick Marty, it always works for me!

I can be a bit of a road rager sometimes. Last year a woman in a station wagon cuts me off and I blare the horn and flash my lights. (i've gotten good at that) and at the next traffic light, we are side by side and her windo rolls down. I'm thinking 'oh lord, here it comes, but she leans across and says "did I cut off? I'm terribly sorry, I just wasn't paying attention and didn't see you". What could i say, I called her a pa and she called me a son, oh yeah that's a different story, but the upshot of it is, that because she apologized and I recognized that she just made a mistake, I came away with a different point of view. (there I go again) everybody makes driving mistakes, they are not out to get you, it just seems that way sometimes

Don't you think Fred looks like a terrorist? I can just see him throwing a molotov cocktail through the rolled down window, saying "Jane, you ignorant slut"

^ Perfect example of a paradigm shift.

What do you think her motivation was by taking video, posting on he page and tagging our business FB page?

Was she our to get us? Is she wanted to make us aware she could have called or PMed the video to us. Why do it this way?

We are blocked from her and can't even comment to respond on the post. I could only PM her. I think it would be great for everyone who sees her post to see us publicly acknowledging this and apologize. But we can't.

Moral is.... We all do make mistakes. Why handle it this way if not out to make a point?

I just want everyone to know it easily could be you.

And as much as I come of as us being great, we make mistakes too. I think it's important to share our triumphs and screw ups.

We are humble enough to admit our mistakes. And want others to avoid making the same ones id they can. It's great to learn from each other here
