Treat it with a liquid browning treatment and groom it in. Do not rinse. Severe cases can be treated with browning treatment along with a tiny amount of neutral cleaner for lubrication and padded or bonneted in.

Don’t use a high ph cleaner?

Come on, Mike, I respect your knowledge, and I’m still new, so tell me!

Haven’t had an issue in 7 years....
Why, as a professional, would a guy have problems with ‘brown out’...?
I run RO water... hasn’t been an issue since week 2...

Next day fix for a pissed customer is super common

Heck sometimes it's even the same day, just at the end of the day is it starts to brown out

Very rarely, maybe never does browning happen on synthetic fabric. The so called “browning” effect is leftover cleaning solution dried

The real browning is rotting the fibers on natural fabrics and wool. Totally different process is needed to treat it

So the answer to your question on number one rule:
-Get off your lazy ass, leave the vibrating buffer orbot whatever, and browning treatment sprayer in your truck and pull out your hoses and do another cleaning to rinse out the remaining crap you left behind and leave a fan behind.
