Most clients if not all will not pay for second cleaning. You‘d had to have done a lousy job the first time and again a second time.If the customer doesn't think the carpets are the cleanest carpets ever they contact us.
We return and reclean if required at our expense. We take photos.
If the client is still unhappy then
The client engages another carpet cleaner at their expense and they reclean the carpets and photos are taken
The photos from both cleans are viewed.
A double refund is given if there is an improvement
In my experience this has never happened to me as customers are delighted with the clean.

Relying on photos...ok. you ever heard of photoshop? I can make things look very clean or not so great in minutes...these kind of gimmicky things will not gain anyone credibility.

No, a money back guaranty offers protection to the client. Most money back guarantees require the company to come back to rectify the situation and if the client can't be satisfied, the original fee is refunded. We all understand that. Going further with this double your money back, if you pay for another carpet cleaner to come, take and compare pictures, etc, just sounds gimmicky to me. Personally, I would look for another idea.I don't see it as a gimmick.
