Any Kohler Aegis owners?

Looking at buying a few Aegis 31hp motors, and I was hoping to get feedback on them.

They are very appealing to me, because I have several liquid heat exchangers lying around and with a low restriction post heater added to the exhaust it could make some serious heat.

I also would be direct coupling a 56 blower to it, and looking at the specs, the torque peaks RIGHT at 2800 RPM (The speed I would have to spin the 56)

We have a 31 HP Aegis Kohler with electronic fuel injection at a good price.

We have used them in our TM's for several years:

The EFI maximizes fuel economy and prevents coil failures . . .

the liquid cooling promotes long engine life.

We also have an all-stainless steel exhaust HX header for the same engine.

For a #56 blower @ 2800 RPM, I would prefer belt drive for more engine HP.
