14th floor, I'd have at least scoped out running the hose up the stairwell, about 130' plus the horizontal run. 3 sections.

They wouldn’t even let us enter the building from the main entrance. No tools, no chems, no service people in the main lobby....
They wanted me to park out back, and ‘ring’ the service entrance when ready....
Running hoses up the side of a building, when the lowest priced condo was 1.5M, was out of the question....

All Those features AND Heated with only 1 or 2 cords if heated, and 89 lbs!--How is that possible!? I'm susceptible but interested.

The second cord is only for the heater. 1-cord operates it all the time. jz

Various soiling from old folks. Some pristine carpets and some with bodily fluids all over, when Edith or Gunther can't hold it or they live in denial that Fido's mess is everywhere.
Some of it will get vacuum/crb/op treatment but some needs to be extracted.
I will do the work in the beginning to get them conditioned to the process and later I will have a guy do it for me.

In that case, the nautilus would be a great machine. Heavy but manageable as long as you don't have to go up stairs with it. The 2 8.4 inch vacs can be configured for series or parallel. In parallel with a 50 foot 2 inch hose, the vacuum is incredible. You will get great drying times. The 500 psi pump makes cleaning a breeze. It can be prone to blowing circuit breakers on the circuit with the pump and vac motor. Usually needs a 20 amp circuit. The other cord is fine on a 15 amp circuit unless you are using the auto pump out.
1 - NO INTERNAL HEAT. It will cook your components. Go for external in line. Kleenrite heatrite 2 is awesome but change out the thermostats to 220 degrees

2 - Parallel vacuums will recover more water than series.
3 The cat 1xp pumps last longer than than the pumptec. Way cheaper too.
4 - Look at the back wheels. The bigger they are, the easier it is to take up stairs.

I have one. Not bad but the series vacuums give you lots of lift but not a lot of air flow. They all have the same parts just different configurations.

Put a bigger low amp pump in it. Kleenrite has a cat 1xp for $300. You will need an unloader but the boost in psi will put a smile on your face. Total with shipping and customs etc. was around $500. Add the unloader on to that. And then we can talk about getting those vacuums in parallel.with a manifold.
Complete kit. Shitty pumptec pump, 5.4 amps, about $300 to replace the head only.

@Andy I had one years ago. I agree with what Willy said. great components configured in a lame way.
It was very front heavy and dangerous to drag up a stairway. I also don't like 1.5 hoses and vacs in series. The connectors are located in the rear and low which would get caught on the stairs that had a lip.
I chopped mine up after 2 years of limited service.
