I love Mine to death! anyone who is looking for a affordable machine that will run for 20 years should buy a Genie From BawB! Hoodledink I will kick your azz, Bawb said you were small! I can say I've never had any of those problems..........lmfao, at least not the rock through the pump. I pull off steady temps of 180-210, Thinking about getting a inline to plug in the custy's house, any thoughts on those would be appreciated. Really Happy Customer!

I can't believe MB'rs are not snatching these up as fast as Bob can build them..
they're not "officially" for sale yet.....i figger two Steam Genies PLUS my Big Block motor......should bring in enough money for a decent Audi TT!
Then i'll STILL have TWO Genies left for my old age!
Check out the big smile on this guy...

not worth it for the rise you'll get with 'em on a TM.
too much flow thru a TM.

you gotta go flame if you want hot.
If you go exhaust HX'ers, you're adding complicated (somewhat) systems to simple/reliable platform.

Propane or kero would be the simplest route to go.
as their a stand alone system you bolt to the floor with little more than pressure line in, pressure line out to the wand ready to roll.
They're virtually a "plug in" system.

since you can make 180 temps to start, you probably wouldn't need a big burner to get consistent 220+ temps in winter
(that's when you'll have the hardest time making 200 degree water)

If your going to rebuild it why not put some though in to it and improve the design ?
although in my opinion the DESIGN can NOT be improved on...
the components CAN...which is why i went wit the AN stainless aircraft quality hoses and fitting...non better than Trick Flow fittings...
triclflow.jpg

and braided Stainless hoses..
newgenie1.jpg

show me ANOTHER machine that is aircraft quality????
paraplate.jpg

The Genie uses Paraplate Pressure regulators
Paraplate is a major vender for NASA...and have many components in the space shuttle

Do you have those "Air Craft" hoses made for you, or do they come in a kit?
No...i make 'em mysef....it requires a chop saw..so's you don "frey" the ends...
perhaps i should show everbody how to put AN line together.......
much neater than a heater hose wit a clamp!

Bob, You have the torque and horsepower, you need to find a better option for the clutch so you can spin that blower around 3400-3500 rpm. that is the major draw back to that system, turning the blower 1 to 1 means what 1700 rpm right. How much lift can it handle? You have a smart compact quality design there just need to get the performance up to todays standards.

Recalculating my figgers......6" drive pulley to a 5" blower pully.....i'm turning my blowers about 1950(as per Jimbos calculation)...crashes turns well over 2000 ATB...and he gets 15 to 16 Hg...
NEVER...have i had a clutch go out......EVER...
nor a blower for that matter!

those Hg's sound great, any chance the clutch could spin the blower with a 3.5 or 4" pulley? What is white magic using on their 56 pto's

What brand of trucks can you install in, motor size etc.?

Can you do a box truck like Butler does?
They practically "fall" into any of the chevys or GMC V6 or V8s...
the fords are way harder to do and I'm TOLD that they'll work in a chevy cube truck....but i would havta measure it mysef........72" back from the serpentine belt!

Whats insane about maximizing vacuum. I run my slide in 3300-3400 @15 Hg's as do many as much as I like the look and footprint of your system, I cant see going backwards in performance

Roots 45 blower redline is 3600 RPM

yor 45 is at redline....getting 15Hg......whilst
my 47 is BARELY over idle getting the same thing...
who does that make insane?
'cides not many wastetanks i know of will hold up to repeated 15-16 Hg cycles.......
did i mention that the SGs havea bullet-proof SS wastetank......
