Thanks.I think I found you guys when I was researching a tool on google. What version of release it do you use? Any other spotters used on this job?
They serve 1800 meals on most days..
They maintain it with a Host machine but call us when it gets too gnarly.

They know HWE/post VLM is the way to go but can only afford VLM and it's reduced down time.
We do post pad most of it as you can see.

The grungy thick kitchen entry areas got a blast of straight ammonia first, then the Mex, followed by as many pads as it took to get the mud out..
