I have to start by saying this is the best uv light on the market for carpet cleaners. Now I'm hoping Larry is reading this because mine is messed up and I was hoping the Larry uv light guru will read this and give me some guidance.

With fresh charged batteries my light will only turn on barely visible and blink. I'm not sure if I put the batteries in backwards and damaged it or ran it to low on the batteries when I used it last. Anyways, Larry, is it junk and do I throw it away or is there a simple fix I can do?

Do you have the older model with two batteries ?

Putting the batteries in that model backwards . . .

is a strain on the electronics.

Mail it back and we will repair it for ~$20 or so.
