dayum....

are they going to replace the cast inside the house too for the $12K quote?

or just lines outside?

..L.T.A.
The cast for the toilets not the small one for the kitchen.

Got a bobcat and crew coming tomorrow morning. The guys who did the kitchen are doing it.

Probably get it done for under 5 grand with these guys.

We were already talking about moving water heater and replacing all the water pipes so that may get included too.

In the process our sewer lines backed up and was quoted $12,000 yesterday. The old lines coming out of house have all collapsed probably been that way a long time always had plumbing issues here. Cost $2000 plus to find this out with no fix.
The guys doing the remodel are going to do it starting Monday. Got to move a few tons of rick and a big ass fountain.
My back hurts.
Probably too late, but yours is the perfect situation for calling a no-dig repair company.
no dig pipe repair

Go for it. I'm classified as an essential service up here but truthfully I'd be working anyway. That list has more holes in than a screen door. I'm making people's homes and businesses more sanitary for them.

What I was thinking also..... But on the same side of the coin... As sideways as everything is... I doubt people will want us in there homes if things keep going like they are....

My 4th job just cancelled this morning. So far, I've lost about $800-$1000 from this mess. Not too bad, but not good either

Had 2 postponed today for this week, one lost his job, the other just afraid.

So that leaves 16 hours for a solo technician, and it will get tighter.
