I about freaked when I saw the price but then saw the dilution ratio...We are using Spartan Emusifier Plus mixed at 4to1 most of the time for real bad floors...I think we pay about 15 a gallon, so if the BoneSaw works that good at 15to1 its worth it...How does it compare to Spartans Emulsifier Plus and Johnsons fast strip? Never used the Johnsons but heard it works good at the same ratio as BonSaw but I think it's even more expensive.

I used 2 gallons of concentrate instead of a bucket and a half of Spartan's Emulsifier... As for the fast strip I haven't used that particular product. That said, I'd put Bonesaw up against amost anything. Plus it wont puddle up and make you respread it.

The finish actually holds up well too... That stuff is super hard and levels out better than anything I've used. I triedto put mop lines in it and FAILED...
