You made this statement in another thread today..
well that is amazing for rural Texas for sure.
-So you own the biz and answer the phones/paper work, right?
-How many cowboys on the truck and what services do you offer?
-I suspect plenty of water damage to do those numbers?
-What were you doing before you bought the carpet cleaning biz and how did this opportunity present itself?
-Have you or do you plane on attending SFS, Boot Camps or Round Tables?
-How many trucks do you see yourself running?
-How did you find MB and what do you think of all these dorky dudes?
-Have you spent much time behind a wand?
-Tell us about the last person who ran/owned the business? Did they retire well?
We're a small business in rural Texas, but it's a great business for one that never has advertised. I don't know many companies in this business that can say they have $350k gross with one van and all they do is answer the phone, no direct mailings or followup, no door hangers, but we do have an ad in the phone book. My closet competitor to the east is 50 miles and 150 miles to the west and the south
