I just cut back on my intake and increased the quality of things I put down my neck. Counting calories and cut out the soda and mochas. I was seriously drinking 2 liters of soda a day. Now its water and coffee. I also think pushing my new (new for me) zipper SS has helpedSTEP AWAY from the table!
Seriously that is great! Diet? Exercise? Both? Vegan?![]()

Oh, and don't ever ask me if i'm vegan again!
