I just cut back on my intake and increased the quality of things I put down my neck. Counting calories and cut out the soda and mochas. I was seriously drinking 2 liters of soda a day. Now its water and coffee. I also think pushing my new (new for me) zipper SS has helped .STEP AWAY from the table!
Seriously that is great! Diet? Exercise? Both? Vegan?
Oh, and don't ever ask me if i'm vegan again!
