Check it out thoroughly. Sometimes low mileage can be as bad as high mileage. Machinery is not meant to be kept idle. Look for maintenance records and by who. See if you can contact the maintenance guy. Otherwise, looks good. Offer him $15000

Cool find on the van. The only problem I see with that , is if you are a buyer, you had better have cash in hand, because I doubt you would ever get bank financing for purchase on that vintage unit. Just saying. I have a 2001 Chev 2500 with a fresh install AquaTech with only 58k. Fully customized for user friendliness. I was thinking pricing around $19.000cdn.
Good buying for those with financing/cash in hand. These vans are good for probably 10 years.

Just be ready to replace some or all of the soft items on something that has been sitting...hoses...seals, belts, whatever. Example...bought a couple cat pumps that were out of service for a while...there is always a little bit of water left in them...it rusts if left in there for a long time...corroding the end of the pushrods, jacking up the seals...but looks great on the outside. :)
On the other hand if you're not crazy busy cleaning carpet, it can last for a while if you do stone, showers restoration and so on...solely because you're not putting a lot of hours on it.
Run it daily for a week or two and any shortcomings will show themselves.
