Got Print Users - Design/Printing Question(s)

I'm having some designs made up and wanted to know what is the size for the Jumbo post card that can be mailed for regular postage rates, It doesn't need to look like a letter, I would rather have an oversized postcard format not letter format if possible. What would the size be?

Also, as far as paper quality what is the best one that stands out the most, I'm looking for a glossy thicker paper. Here's a link to it:

Go to USPS.com for sizes.

Don't opt for the glossy finish on the lable side.

You'll lose a few stamps or labels in processing if you do.

If you want a postcard rate 4x6 is max.
