It's fixed now. It was the pto. Had it rebuilt and I got it back late yesterday afternoon.

Thanks to Jim Martin, Shawn York and Mikey for all your help during this. I think Jim and Shawn worried about this more than I did.

damn no love for me???? I was the first one and the second and the third to (at least on this thread) suggest a mechanical failure in the pto itself.


oh well.......glad you got it fixed. I too would like to know about how much it cost to get it fixed.

It wasn't all that expensive. I THINK I have only told three people how much it cost me. I don't believe one of them was Mikey, cuz Mikey blabs everything.

I want to wait to see how long it takes him to call around, find out, and then post it.

Of course, he may never find out the truth, and may decide to make up something rediculous like he did with the key story.

unless he got shafted on labor i doubt it was that much. you can buy a new pto unit for half that.
