As I grow older, I'm more intolerant.Machinist are usually able to read a Blue print.
You can call it what ever you want. He should be able
to have a wand or jig there so he can understand....
slip fit...press fit... use a hammer.

plus or minus .015/.030 you can do that with a file.
I used to hold tolerances of plus or minus .00005
