How do you un-complete an order in Service Monster? I should have asked this questions months ago, but got to busy to deal with it and just have to create a new order for the customer.
If the price changes on the order or a service was added, but the order has already been "completed" like you click the "complete" button. It then turns the area where you can add in items cleaned or to change prices grey and you can't.
Any help on this please.. would save me an extra 20 to 30 mins a week.
