Contrary, there’s just a lot of places that truckmounts aren’t conducive in commercial
buildings.
buildings.
Yes highest building 7 floors and that's the next town over. Ours only has 5 floors. Clean lots a time wif 500ft a hose out. During the summer we do 3 floors at a time with 1 truck.
. Start charging a respectable rate for the trashed jobs(.30 to .50persq)
.50 is extremely unlikely... Not if you want reoccurring accouts.. you would get laughed out of the building cause they can find someone to do it for .06 sf at 4x/yr
You are thinking with cleaning your way. We make far more per hour cleaning commercial carpet for commercial rates. You have to be able to be high production..15 is a high rate, .05 is normal rate, maintenance accounts in between. The only way to make any decent money is by doing a lot of sqft in a day. And that we can do.

This kind of carpet cleaning is usually not very soiled, beyond entries, the funnel areas are only moderately soiled. No need to flush them every cleaning. Flush the entry and maintenance clean the rest.
It's all about budget, and fitting in what systems you can implement to keep their facilities at its highest level of appearance.
You do however need to be more than a one trick pony. You also have to think be able to think beyond the residential rate mind set.

I'm sure it's tough for you to see anything with that narrow mind. Hard as it may be for you to believe there are many ways to skin a cat.If u lined them thangs up and marched them down the hall like a herd of goats the dust be so bad hazmat shut the building down. Only thing I see is you bought the marketing
