Is it true you will be adding a second truck soon?

How do you think that will affect you personally?

[quote="truckmount girl":1ogssit8]Do you use a rinsing agent, or are you a proponent of clear water rinsing?

Take care,
Lisa

I have tried it all Lisa and find that lots and lots of good soft water does as well as anything.

But I like to use lots of prespray and scrubin when needed.

If I were SSing all day I would run a emulsifier.[/quote:1ogssit8]

My sentiments exactly, I flound LESS resoil with a clear water rinse than the IICRC approved acid rinses....much less.

Take care,
Lisa

How did you make the transition from ruthless instigator on ICS board,to the more William F. Buckley jr. moderator type persona that you portray on MB.

Snow White and her 6 dwarfs keep me under control.

If I had tired to run this show by myself It would have never played out.

Just an example, look how nice I've been to Todd since he signed up.
Not one mention of his Pedophile mobile by me.

Are you enjoying the Mikey's Board?

I'm scared shitless to be honest with you but I got to try it.

It ain't gonna be easy in this market. All the rich republicans here want my handsome face to do the cleaning.

I came in late and have not read everything so if they have been asked just answer the damn things again

How do you think big, multi-truck companies effect the public's image of carpet cleaning? Are they good or bad for owner/op's and the industry in general?

Take care,
Lisa

What do you do when your not working?

Do you have hobbies?

If you do, are you better than anyone else at your hobbies?

I would hire Jim, Scooter and Lisa to run the office.
I would have John Burris, Brevik and myself as crew chiefs.
Greenie and Matt King would be in charge of outfitting our exclusive truckmounts.

And you, Marty and Jimmy and a few other losers could be the chimps.

Do you look back and see it as a mistake having done all the cleaning, and conditioning the customer to expect you each time?

Mike, Is it true that you run your lift at 18-19" hg? Is there a noticeable difference from the recommended 16" to justify the risk?

1)Two maybe three trucks One of which I'll drive to do the mega high end touchy work.

2) It should be huge if we keep up at this pace. It just gets better and better. Hopefully we will start reaching those 70's guys and can really make a difference. If I dont get banned that is. if I do then who cares because I'll just start another one and kick it's ass too!

3) I would buy a Vortex and ask them to put in that AT blower. If they refused and couldn't find another way to shush that thing up then I would go with an AT

Sure is! With my 2.5, Vanifold set up my wand screams like a pudgy football ref getting his special first communion in Father O'Flanerty's back room.

Is it a risk? Or do the TM companies just want to play it safe?

Good to see ya on the Hot Seat !

Where do you see SOA fitting in?

After seeing the presentation at Connections, CRI is going to be pushing it into the mainstream.

It's definitely a better solution than Green Seal.

I like that you're going into Tile & Grout more.

If you were asked by a newbie with $10,000 to bankroll, what would be the best way to allocate their money to build a successful business, how would you advise them?

-What equipment to purchase?
-What marketing and business structure to invest in?
-What expenditures to avoid or delay?

Take care,
Lisa

Just like stain resistant warranties and the IICRC, 99.3 percent of the general public will never notice. Let alone give a damn.

So who cares.....
