I am sure Larry that at that level it is not healthy for you.

However, when do we actually atomize a pre spray?

I assume that using a hydra-force does not atomize it. Fogging may.

So when do we actually atomize products?

Don't huff the stuff!

On a side note about green and peroxide !
Commercial hydrogen peroxide is made with 2-alkyl-anthraquinone by catalytic hydrogenation gas with palladium.

Hydrogen gas is made from natural gas by steam reforming

2-alkyl-anthraquinone is made from phthalic anhydride & ethylbenzene, phthalic anhydride is made from ortho-xylene and naphthalene

-ortho-xylene is derived from Crude oil
-naphthalene comes from coal tar and a smaller amount from crude oil

ethylbenzene is made from benzene and ethylene

benzene comes from Toluene which comes from coal and crude oil feed stock
ethylene comes from steam cracking oil and natural gas

Green earth friendly Peroxide is crude oil with a wholeltta energy thrown at it.

The short answer is yes.

Accelerated Peroxide is a patented blend of peroxide and surfactants that is an excellent antimicrobials /cleaning agent. They are preferred green antimicrobial in Canada and some European countries. The EPA has effectively killed the market for accelerated peroxide products in the states by lumping all antimicrobials in with pesticides and banning green labeling for antimicrobials in the states. Because of the EPA, hospital grade peroxide disinfectants are not available in the US.

Yes it is green in color..it can b harmful if used in a large quantity for cleaning carpets. So using only 3% peroxide to sterilize cuts and abrasions - the fizzing you'll see occur is normal.
