I'm on pins and needles waiting to hear either:

meh, all our customers are so good at doing our job for us, this is a huge waste of time, there's nothing in the cup

or

forgive me father for I have sinned, will you look what is in THAT CUP!

Its like you guys don't even know Meg..............

She now charges $500 more per job and the customers LOVE paying it to have their floors vacuumed

Sorry fellas....been of the MB grid for a few days. Kids finally back to school after 6 days off and I had a ton of stuff to catch up on.

I did see John testing it out on our family room carpet. Didn't ask him what he thought of it.

As far as in the field, not sure if he broke it out yet. We've been running in opposite directions the past few days. So I guess we'll communicate about it here. @MR CLEAN

I think Mr Pruitt may be right about this one.

I will confirm that we will not be charging more for adding this step.

Jan 1 is fast approaching which means time for our annual increase. It won't be any more than usual tho. Just added value by offering the vac step.

And... you found out that these new carpets shed like crazy.

When you see hair and dust in there more, that's when you know what's up.

BTW it's still weird that a high priced, 30 year vet needs to be impressed by this in 2016....but it's cool you at least gave it a try.

Thanks guys....proof that you CAN teach an old dog new tricks.

I have several more things I could use your help with in getting John on board......too bad they aren't carpet cleaning related.....sigh!

I just think it's shameful that a white, middle aged, female had to be told to Prevacuum.

For limited space you can put it between the seats and use a bungee to strap it in.

First thing get to a job take the vacuum in and go to work.
