Key word not provided???

What is the deal with the ever growing category on analytics page of "not provided" under the key word listing??

For example 36 organic key word searches with 19 out of 36 under the row "not provided". Can this be fixed, tweaked, etc. on my end in order to capture these key words? I have noticed this category has steadily been growing over the past year.

I will be working on this. I'm glad I wasn't imagining it. Since I don't do A&#ords it is even worse.
