the concrete sub floor was super lumpy there, causing shadows galore..

only had to go the the other side to see the dark areas go away.

Either way they plan to yank it out in January

I got my favorite retailer in there to give them a bid on carpet tiles..

He'll owe me long long time..

you've certainly evolved, Mr Frankinberry

circa '04..... '"if you're not roto scrubbing and running a Vortex, you're a hack"

circa '12...this is fooking easy money smearing the soil around evenly .. some of the soil is going to the bottom , so it looks a lot better"

oh my.....:shifty:

I had the comes before the vortex , Yaps just played better commission than Ricky did.

In fact I'll make more off this one thread than you'll make at your next ten gun shows.

Straight to the bottom of the carpet for the most part.

Some will be absorbed into the follow up cotton pads and some will be vacuumed up by the pixie elves..

And most commercial clients could care less as long as it looks good, stays cleaner longer and cost less than HWE

We cleaned 6,500 sqft Friday night in two hours, 5-Cimex's and 1-TM.

The TM hit 1 suite and 4-entry ways plus 2-sets of stairs, and 8-mats. The 5-Cimex's mowed right through the 6500sq/ft of moderately soiled hallways.

We return the property managers key to her yesterday and she said it was the best it ever looked.:icon_cool:

No kidding, we are usually around $100.00-$160.00.

We've done a couple of large projects where we were around $84.00 an hour for 8 guys and it wasn't bad because we were there for an extended time but I'd perfer more production or better estimating.
