Which engine are you using, Kohler or Briggs & Stratton? Or does it depend on customer preference?

Just wondering is all. Looks like a sweet system... someday.... some....day!

Thanks,
Bill

I don't want a base unit. I want the Bad Boy unit! shiteatinggrin

How much floor space does the Bad Boy unit occupy?

What are its dimensions?

Does the Kohler Engine give you a Flatter top? Just wondering what all that stuff on top is, what is the overall height and whats the smallest van it fits in? With my van I had to get the smaller machine because of height requirements.

the tallest thing looks like the air filter to me.
i believe it can be mounted in a different location (with additional duct work of coarse) ..but don't "know" that for sure on that particular engine

the other thing looks like the muffler to me

I think the Kohler engine is probably close to the same as the Briggs 35. The overall height is 61 inches. This unit is designed to be mounted into a box truck similar to these photographs of the system we made for NASA in Florida. This unit cleans the Lockheed-Martin building that has 250,000 feet of carpet.

George,

The dimensions of the unit is 61 inches high to the very top of the engine, 34 inches wide, and 48 inches long. The price of this system complete, with hose, reels, LP system, heater, wands would probably be somewhere around $21,000 – $23,000.

Frank,

It will be used to clean carpet in large government buildings. I’m not sure if it’s large government bases or larger municipal facilities.

DADGUM! They gonna run like 900 to 1200 ft of vac hose off the 45 blower?

How will they roll up those reels in the back of the box?

I was wondering why they needed three hose reels for a single wand machine.

How good is the performance with 700 plus feet of hose with that unit?

They're government workers.

One guy will roll up the hose while 5 others stand around and watch.

Or,

They'll roll up a 50' section and take an hour break. Then roll up another 50' section and take another break.
