Why can't the treads on the new manifold arms be extended to accept a nut that could be put on and threaded back to lock the jet arms into position? :?:

Bob;

We have a lot of the new Bentley manifolds out in the field.

The jet positions do not get changed easily . . .

and my customers are fairly rough on them.

That stainless is substanial.

If you're hitting the jet manifold hard enough to move the elbows . . .

then you might want to take a close look at the jets themselves.

The jet openings are probably "hammered shut".

Bob; Locktite is too mild for these guys . . .

just WELD every single piece together

My adjustments only recently became annoying and I'm careful with my tools. Will try some blue loctite on them.

I really like this wand!!!

The wand w/ the metal all slot glide cleans great.

The manifold assembly needed pipe thread, NOT straight threads.

What it really need is a PC Ti wand type manifold set up but that would require a new head casting
