It appears that the wand has a vinyl dipped head. My first thought was that would be good to keep the appearance of the wand up and not mar the surfaces it contacts.

My next thought was to ask you is that is a non-American made wand (Vietnamese) and what do the welds look like underneath that vinyl?

I ask this because that piece of junk that Harris was walking around with at Connection had substandard workmanship and construction. That wand apparently was made in Vietnam.

If a guy can't afford much I suppose a wand like the ones I saw at Connections will get them by but anyone who has been on the end of one more than 6 months would likely be better off buying a better wand, even a good used one before purchasing the one I saw at Connections.

I hope the one you are showing doesn't have the same issues as what I saw at Connections.

That's the new Mytee wand. It's 1 1/2". Made to compete with the poor quality wands out there. Aluminum casting, no welds, powder coated, soft touch westpak valve, s/s tube. Vinyl coating is not a bad idea. How would you deal with the nicks or scatches as opposed to powder coating? Larry adjusted our spray pattern and called it his, I'm flattered.

The stainless manifold has been machined to accept different spaced jets.

We tweak almost all the standard wands from manufacturers.

Lots of testing,
leads us to change spray jet manifolds of many wands.

I also wanted jet angles to be adjustable.

We will be checking more popular wands for even spraying.

I am always amazed by the scientific way you anylize things. You could just take it and sell it but you wanted to make sure it worked as good as possible. Of all the distributors out there your the first that I have ever seen test the jet spray vs hype it

1) Does the stainless glide noticeably improve the ease of movement of the wand?

2) The glide looks slotted - am I seeing it correctly?

I like the idea of the vinyl coating, though I would be concerned with tearing.

The stainless glide is slotted, but it has a rounded overall shape,

similar to a Teflon glide.

It does not slide as easily as Teflon, but provides better agitation.

The cast aluminum head is powder coated (no vinyl coating).

The premium Bentley has a 2" carbon fiber tube and 4 stainless jets.

This wand has a smaller tube (1.5") and 2 brass jets.

I do think it is the best wand in it's price range.

The head is the same design as the 12" Bentley, however the neck is 1 1/2". So they are the same but different. (if that makes any sense) The stainless steel glide is interchangeable with either the 12" Bentley or the 12" X 1 1/2"
