Greetings to all , I need help with a bid I have.

It is a new 1000 sq ft concrete floor. They want a floor finish that can be removed if needed.
This concrete has NO FINISH OR SEALER on it .

What would be a good finish to use and should I apply it like if I was doing VCT.?
What would be a good quote for the job?

Thanks for the Help.

I've used Diversey's Fortify for years. Formulated for concrete.

Good product that will hold up to abuse and strip if needed.

Apply it like you would on VCT.

Make sure the floor's clean apply. Three to four coats.

How would you prep the floor. Do you run the 175 rmp to clean it.

The floor is pretty clean now, it has some small spots that the client wants me to clean but nothing major.

Im having little trouble getting Diversey Fortify, but I can get localiy Diversey PLAZA.

Have you use Plaza?

Thanks

Looks good.

Looks like it was never polished and is what they call a hard wear floor. The just screen it and denisfy it then buff it with a thick black pad. Pioneer has a great sealer/finish for concrete, could have got by with 2 coats and a high speed buff.

will try to post some pictures later
