Orbot failure.

started cleaning tiles then suddenly the Machine started spinning at high speed instead of oscillating and died . Machine only been used 25/30 times over 2year period. Any ideas what would cause this ?

Never heard of such a thing. Did the motor over heat or burn up?

nope just on for couple of minutes,just started to spin extremely fast then died .

Only issues I've had before are screws wearing into tile and grout brush which plate.

Not yet but I will. because it's running very fast I'm guessing the part that makes the machine oscillate as separated from the shaft so that's why it speeds up .....I guess
