has anybody try it to do low moisture cleaning?

Not enough weight to OP (grind in the dirt) but it makes a good little pre scrubber for real cleaning ala' HWE

I owned one years back - it was a POS. The handle release mechanism will break on you, excessive vibration, screws holding the brushcup on to the main shaft shear off, excessive heat build up, etc. etc. My advice is to stay away..
