Orek Orbitor for residential...

Does post bonneting after HWE with a encap solution make that much of a difference? I have access to a floor machine 175 but have no desire to be lugging it around with me.

Would the Orek surfice? Is there any other brands that make a similar product that has a small foot print?

It's too light.... Agitating stairs is where it really shines......

I recently used an Oreck Orbiter as a freebie to help out some elderly friends from the congregation. I didn't want to run across town and get the work truck, so I tossed the Orbiter into my car and cleaned their carpet. It turned out decent. Took a while - longer than it should've. And it was decent looking when it was done. But I don't think I'd ever want to use that on more than a one off approach - it just took way too long.

I use it in home to encap area rugs on hardwood....

What would be your suggestion for something compact for residential after HWE.

LOL........As a niche tool for agitating and padding smaller areas and stairs, the Orbiter ROCKS.

There is no other.

An Oreck is EXACTLY what you want.

I saw a guy who put a short handle on an oreck just to scrub stairs. Looked pretty good
