I realize your not in Seattle but I would have gotten coffee at the gas station @ 9:35pm while gassing up & been home 15 minutes sooner, 3:30 am in Lancaster on a cold Sat night = :eekk:.

You know I wasnt using my truck mount and I didn't need gas to do the job, but I realized my neighbor up the street from me was doing 1 room steps and kitchen tile at 11 am and I didn't have enough gas. It's 10 miles to the nearest gas station so I just figured fill up on the way home I was tempted to just skip it.

I did tell the girl I was going to spot with Procyon she said fine as long as there is no fragrance.

Most of the problems with getting and doing this job was dealing with the air traffic controllers Union everything had to ran by them.

Maybe because carbonated water is just water carbonated.
We've had a number of agencies check out our cleaner. It's more than just water that's been carbonated; it's a formulation that's clean, free of odors, and free of chemicals that people might react to. It's hypo-allergenic as well. Dang! I've been telling everyone that our cleaner is GOOD! If you learn to use it effectively it will not only cut down on your work time but on the number of chemicals you need on your truck. Glad you got to try it!

Only issue was running hot water through the multi sprayer. It is the cheapest one, but it works better with cold water.

Ya I used a little at my house as a pre treat had a few pet stains. Just wondering with a product with an oxidizer you can apply more liberally and not get a wick. Do you suggest sub surfacing on pet stains?

Or how do you suggest usage for pet stains and odor removal.

I can't imagine removing odors with a light application.

There were about 10 grates open to the floor precise spraying of solution was really important there was tons of wires running under the floor probably close to a 500-1000 computers networked together it was warm in there.

Apply enough Carbonated Solutions to completely saturate the affected area. If the pet stain is relatively fresh you should get a strong ammonia odor, which is caused by the cleaner effectively breaking down and destroying the urine. Remove the spot with an absorbent bonnet under a 175 rpm floor machine. The friction from the bonnet and the weight of the machine does seem to help bring the stain out, but if you have to extract it, you should still finish with a good terrycloth hand towel.

suggestions?
Our preferred method of use is as a pre-spray, followed by a 175 rpm floor machine with a loopy yarn bonnet, BUT... this cleaner is effective with any system. It is a very effective pre-spray for use with HWE systems; our son uses it this way as he often cleans several large facilities that require HWE. The thing to remember is to forget what you know about soaps and detergents. This cleaner doesn't work the same way as most of the chemicals you're currently using; for one thing, it doesn't have to be rinsed from the carpet.

One of the best ways to sample this cleaner is to fill a one-quart trigger spray bottle and just keep it on hand as you clean. When you encounter a spot, simply spray the cleaner on it and keep cleaning. A little dwell time may be necessary depending on the spot or stain you are dealing with. When you hit a spot with the cleaner, don’t make the mistake of thinking the product doesn’t work if the spot doesn’t magically disappear on contact – that’s not the way this works. Instead, the cleaner goes to work on the spot or stain and “holds” it in the solution until you remove it.

The cleaner has no preservatives so it needs to be used within about a year of mixing. Even when the effervescing subsides and it goes "flat", it's still a very effective cleaner. The carbonation effect is mechanical; the chemical reaction that creates the carbonation also creates the cleaner. The cleaner does the work, it is what dissolves the stain, reacts with urine, etc; the carbonation simply helps with effective removal of foreign particles.

im not sure of the dates, may have chimed in on this to late. I don't think yer numbers $$$ are off for a solo guy, even if you need to deep vacuum. John at Bonnet Pro has a non-scented juice that i've tried and it's really as close to non-scented as I've ever found. I might spray ahead with and electric sprayer (in and around all those wires) and spin some some cotton bonnets. Look real good, last long time.

His Sam,

I try to stay out of chatts if I believe that the supports you receive from your fellow cleaners are accurate. First I want to thank you for using PROCYON we know that PROCYON is a far better performing product and offers more benefits than most cleaning products. From all the certifications to the detergent free cleaning to your indoor air quality testing and the reports we offer that validate your IAQ. People look for products that are most qualified to work in their facilities covering their many issues they have like allergy and asthma suffers. When you are cleaning carpets with PROCYON you are able to clean your high voltage areas without creating moisture using your cotton bonnet. Procyon is soap free, your carpet dries quickly you have little to no static electricity or arcking when you touch your computers or door jams. It just makes sense to trust your products and they will not steer you wrong. Here is a fact.

We were asked to help in a major university solving static shocking issues in their computer lab based on high voltage arking issues. After my review we found that they just cleaned their carpet two weeks prior to our review. This has a lot of current flowing through their carpet shocking and hurting people. We re cleaned the carpet using PROCYON with a portable extractor with a clear plastic head removing the detergent residue and drying the fibers with our cotton bonnets. We had great success in removing the detergent and drying the fiber. Detergent does not dry quickly. Detergent stays in your carpet, the residues wick ti the tips and can take weeks to dry. Anyway I am glad you found success and you followed what you know what would work for you.

Thank you for supporting PROCYON

Ivan
