As Steve's pic illustrates, white towels are a key tool.
As long as your getting color transfer to the towel, there is hope.
Try testing some different solvents with the towel to see which one is most effective based on how much color transfer there is.
I would take the winning product and put it in one spray bottle, and a general spotter in another sprayer.
Hit it first with the solvent being careful not to over penetrate by using too much, let it sit a minute, then hit it lightly with the general spotter, agitate it lightly with a towel, and then extract with an upholstery tool, and repeat.
Don't get too aggressive with the fibers.
A high pigment dark color like that may be difficult to completely remove, so test this on one spot to see how good you could get it and pre-qualify that result and your
premium rate with the customer.
They are likely facing full replacement cost, so if it works on the test spot, your cleared for your Superhero rate..................
