Do you guys use the brush head on carpet? Cut pile? I have a 360i but we haven't started cleaning carpet yet. Tried the brush head on my carpet and it just dug in.
Will it work on cut pile?

I broke in my first BH in by using it to agitate a couple of rentals without the vac attached. Then I just wanded the carpet. My first RV was an older one and the motor was weaker. After using it a couple of times like that, it was broke in and has worked great.
My second one was on a brand new RV and it worked fine right out of the box. No break in needed.
