Well Chem Dry strikes again.. I really have nothing against them but their local technician and company are real crackerjack bunch. Customer on the Retail side called us and informed us that they they had CD Clean their carpets and a cat spill as well as a rug. They area with the cat urine problem is now whiter (I understand how to fix this problem), but her rug, which was cleaned in place (doe!), has bled blue dye on the carpet. I have a few ideas on how to fix this problem.. But thought I would see what everybody's opinion on how to correct the die bleed is. I don't know the fiber type off hand, but pretty sure we installed a nylon cut pile in their house.
