The trick is to know how to read people..
some just want you to do your job-- which is good because you will get done sooner.
Some do want to chat it up-- which is good because it builds a connection-- AND you might come away a better person or had a more full filling time then just the money earned.

Sorry I'm plumb full up on service buddy's.

I had the HVAC guy out last month and the plumber out the month before that. Last week the propane delivery guy thought I was interested in the price of seasonal propane. This week the lawn mower repair guy wanted to talk lawnmowers when he picked mine up the other night.

These fookers....these fookers need a buddy. You want me to hook you up with one of these chatty Kathy's?

I’m also glad they came into the 21st century and guys can now purchase parts through their website.

The trolling side of RV is a reason I'd be reluctant to buy a new tool with their name on it, especially when there are comparable alternatives

Some of the other tools that get "copied" are priced to a point its hard to justify site unseen, not saying they aren't good tools but by choosing not to have distributors the price is forced high
