We got in on the freebee give-away a while back on the pet stain and odor remover. Both my Doberman and I were impressed with the results. We love the Sapphire product line shiteatinggrin -the rinse works awesome on the de-icer issues we get in the doorways over the winter months. We also use it on our Tai-Ping lobby carpets. A little expensive-but smells great and does a hell of a good job!!! Also leaves a nice hand (feel).

I've used the pet stain and odor chem. My only results that didn't work out well was a room that the customer allowed two dogs to freely urinate at their whim. When I got there it was sealed off with plastic in the entry way. After doing it, it all came back... but I went downstairs to see the wood was saturated through... there's no cleaning that.

Fission worked well on my trial as well. I used in in a bar that was bad and it ate it up well. I used it in several houses and had good results too. The smell had a few compliments as well.

If you're a customer of Jondon as an option I'd recommend Grand Slam for a TLC. I've used quite a few and this one seems to nail it head on with most applications.

I've been wanting to, and will use Slop and Gobble from Judson. If you look around you'll find some pretty impressive reviews. I am also considering trying out Cobb's Powermax which has also come up with some great reviews as well.

Like most, I want the stuff to work. But the pricing out there for Slop and Gobble and Powermax are attractive to try out as well.

lemmie help you Lisa ..Steve wasn't implying that YOU were/are a hack.
he's referring to the alleged hardball/strong arm biz tactics used by some in the SS organization

we don't know whether you're a hack or not ...we only know you as the head janitor at a casino ....
You seem like a conscientious head janitor though...

Head Janitor. Wow.... We also use Grand Slam, and tried both Chemspec and Prochem products on the de-icer areas. With the methods we use-portys and walk behinds-the Sapphire did the best. I wasn't "strong-armed" into anything-we have tried and still use several different chemicals for alot of different areas. I am free to use any product that I choose. My crew and I prefer the Sapphire by far. With that said-i will just take my stinky old mop and go back to my closet. And on my way out-you two "blowhards" can K.M.A.

True story HS apptitude test the counselor said Your gonna be a janitor with those grade's DOAH! SOMEBIACHES.

Truer words were never spoken.

Carpet cleaners are glorified Janitors who make a little more!

Like a gardner calling himself a landscape specialist! !dork!

Oh ya the sapphire sample I used on pet odor worked well.

That's what they all say.
Remember when old Bill said: "You feel sleepy."
Well, you shouldn't have listened. It's too late now.

To put things in perspective, do remember that these are the very same guys that gloat poetically about dog turds and doodoo

People get too caught up in what they do for a living being who they are.

I clean for a living, anything that is dirty or disgusting that others are willing to pay me to clean up so they don't have to. Janitor? Cleaner? Restorer? I don't care what they call me, I only care if their check is good.

Why because cleaning is what I do, not who I am. !gotcha!

Just wondering, Sir Richard.
And the last time you actually cleaned was?......................

And let me help there. If you do not exactly remember what year it was, think of who was at the white house at the time.
Are we talking the Johnson administration here? :p

I really hate that question but since I like ya Ofer, I'll answer it. :p

HWE? Once a year I clean my own home.
VLM? I'll go with the crew if they are short and need help, that happens at least 3-4 times a year.

WDR, not as often, it has to a problem for me to go see what's up. However in peak times I'll load and drop equipment to them.

Fire, Sewage, it's been a couple of years. Trauma many years ago.

Upholstery and Area Rugs several times a year if they are behind I'll go in the back and help catch them up. Of course then the arthritis in my elbow bothers me for a few days afterwards.

This is actually my best job, "in the rear with the gear".

He was singing about the last time he cleaned the other day, something about the summer of 69!
Almost look a purty as Ken Snow with the long hair. However I think it was the early 80's (I thought I was Rick Springfield then) or late 70's?

Look at thet flooder tool and the home made hide a hose. Man what junk, good thing they can't get you for malpractice.

and the patch.....what kinda geek wears patches.
