self-contained carpet extractors

I have a good chance of landing a few very large (200k +) commercial carpet cleaning accounts.
I have been HWE, OP and Cimexing for years.
I am considering adding self-contained extractor(s). I have never used one and know very little about them.
I would like input by anyone with experience using walk behind extractors.

Richard they will cover a large area fast but it's maintenance type cleaning, not corrective. So provided the carpet is only light soiled that's the way to go.
If it needs corrective you might look at running an electric TM out of a janiors closet.
