Service monster printing problems with Mac

I can print from mine. Where do you get stopped.

When I pull up a print preview from the little icon for a w/o or invoice there is no icon in that screen to select print.
SM says this problem has already been called in by others. Here is what they sent me.
Issue: Safari has a built-in PDF viewer that doesn't function 100% for printing order forms / route packets. Prints blank forms and/or print the webpage instead of the PDF itself.
You can use a simple Terminal edit to disable Safari from natively browsing PDF files, so that you can use Acrobat or any other PDF viewer that you might have available.
Quit Safari
Run Terminal, and type the following:
defaults write com.apple.Safari WebKitOmitPDFSupport -bool YES
Restart Safari
If you want to revert this process, you can quit Safari, run Terminal and type the same command with the value "NO" instead of "YES".

Have you been able to print?
If you are having problems still try to Request route package, the use the command print shortcut instead of printing from tool bar.
