He is about 80 % up to speed ...you don't run into everything at once so I show him as things come up...he does a good job remembering things he is shown. ...

He is not as anal about it as I am...but it could be worse

He let's me know when there is a problem....

right now I don't allow anyone but me to work on my equipment. ..I guess sooner or later I will have to hand him a wrench and close my eyes...

My wife is about to finish her AA at 51. She gets pissed when she gets below a 90 on anything!!! Congrats. I know how many hours she had to work and you had to give up to accomplish that degree. Lots of math in a business degree.

Congrats to Tia, Jim. I know how much she dedicated herself to achieve that firsthand.

I finished my BA in Business in June of last year that I stopped in 2007 with a final 3.89 GPA. I will be done with my AA in Web Design and Web App Development September 13th of this year. Combined GPA will be 3.93 if I stay on track as I am until the end. I'm the first in my immediate family to go to college and graduated. Needless to say I am counting down the days.

I've been paying the loans off(business tax write off) as I go and at graduation I should only owe about $2k. If you want to go back to school look into Prior Learning Assessment credits. I saved a total of over 5k on my tuition because of them.

Graduation ceremony finally came so we drove up to Sedona and stayed over night....Her parents flew in from Alaska and meet us there....
got up and had to drive to Flagstaff to NAU...come to find out it snowed over night.....

thats her on the left side of the big screen just got her diploma...

Found out at the last minute through the carpet cleaning facebook page that @LanceInAz was there and that his son was also graduating..so congratulations to him and his son......

Sedona is a beautiful place to go...we found a little restaurant/bar and had some of the best food for dinner...

we have talked about what she may do with her bachelors degree....I am hoping she puts it to good use..

we have talked about me taking over what she does and her going into a different job...or selling the business all together and her finding something different and me going back to working on and wiring machines......
